The CommUNITY Barnet Telephone Befriending Service provides Barnet residents, ages 18-55 with support, comfort, and connection to the community.

If you or anyone you know is feeling isolated or lonely, we are here to:

• Have a friendly chat to help you deal with the feeling of loneliness
• Support you to increase your confidence and sociability
• Listen to your concerns and needs however large or small
• Help with signposting to other useful services in the borough
