New dates announced for Mood Boost

Could you benefit from a weekly online session with a qualified professional where you would learn how to cope with the pressures of life and improve your wellbeing?


The Online Wellbeing programme will provide you with techniques and approaches to help you to live a happier more meaningful life.


It is a free service for adults (18 +) living, working or studying in Barnet, delivered delivered using webinar –accessible from your Smartphone, Laptop or Tablet The next session starts 8 March 2018 at 8pm to 9pm and last 6 weeks.

What is a webinar?

It is an on-line, interactive seminar or presentation allowing participants in different locations to see and hear a presenter, ask questions and answer polls. Participating is easy and you just need access to the internet via a smartphone, laptop or tablet. Worried about confidentiality? Don’t worry because during the online sessions, you remain anonymous i.e. other participants cannot see or hear you. You don’t have to ask questions – if you wish, you can just sit back and listen to the presenter. It is up to you and there isn’t any pressure to join in with the questions.


How much does it cost?

The programme is available free of charge to all Barnet residents.



  • Live and Interactive - each session is delivered by a trained clinician where individuals can anonymously ask questions.
  • Instant access using your Smart Phone, Tablet or laptop (if someone is unable to access the live Webinar, they can download the session)
  • Anonymous - other participants cannot see or hear each other
  • Responsive - the service allows us to respond to an individual's needs by offering an alternative to other services that may have long waiting times or lack access to specialist professionals.

  • Convenient - if you’re busy on the evening of the live session, you can still register and watch the recording at another date/time convenient to you.
