We are hosting an Afternoon Tea on Thursday 30th January to thank the sector for all their ongoing support, and to celebrate CommUNITY Barnet’s 40th Birthday. Join the Barnet Wellbeing Service to celebrate Barnet World Mental Health Day.
The theme this year is Suicide Prevention. Suicide has a devastating impact on families and communities and is not talked about.
We will hear from the Deputy Mayor of Barnet, Barnet Crisis Team and Barnet Public Health.
There will also be wellbeing activities including music, dance, henna and relaxation exercises.
